Terms & Conditions of Sale

ORDERING INFORMATION
All the pieces are made to order so please allow up to 7 days for delivery while I make your items. If you are in a hurry for something for a particular day like a birthday then please let me know and I will try to accommodate. All prices are stated clearly in British Pounds (GBP) at their full price. No VAT is added as Beastie Assemblage is currently not a VAT registered company.

POSTAGE
All orders are carriage free.

PAYMENT
When you place an order, we will need your name, address, e-mail address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date. We do not store your credit / debit card details. This part of the transaction is securely handled by PayPal.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & VARIATIONS
Dimensions are provided for every product. Please check these before purchasing.
Photographs are also supplied for every product. However, as all my pieces are totally handmade and finished with chemicals, variations in colour and form are to be expected. This is inevitable and enhances the individuality of each piece.
Our photographs accurately show the colours of the pieces, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your monitor will show the correct colours.

DELIVERY
Smaller orders up to £50 are sent First Class through Royal Mail.
Larger orders over £50 are sent First Class Recorded through Royal Mail
Customs Charges - customers are responsible for any potential import fees levied by their country’s border control.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If on delivery your goods are found to be defective then I must be notified by email within 7 days of the date of delivery and the goods returned, otherwise no liability will be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS/ RETURNS
Each order is individually made to your specification therefore returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement with me.

PRIVACY
Any contact details held will not be shared with anyone but ourselves. You may receive very occasional newsletters and promotions both by email and by post from time to time, but you can request for these to stop at any time.
